It consists of two independent elements that form a single functional unit and require a power supply.
Because the compaction element is positioned lengthwise, the unit can easily compact bottles, wood, etc.
The volume reduction achieved ranges from 50 to 75%.
As standard, the hydraulic compactor includes the following accessories:
Oil chamber
Non-return valve
Glycerine-filled pressure gauge
Level controller with thermometer
Suction and return filter
Flexible connections between the oil chamber and the cylinder
General features
Structure – made of AISI-304 or 316 stainless steel; the diameter depends on the model and conveying capacity; the drainage zone is built in, and counterweights can be added optionally, depending on use.
Discharge pipe – longitudinal section; made of AISI- 304 or 316 stainless steel (optional)
Solids intake hopper – made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel; standard dimensions: width 400 mm, length 400 mm and height 400 mm.
Power supply – the electric motor is built into the unit, minimum protection IP-55, insulation class F.
