Applications
- Wastewater or sewage containing faecal matter;
- The 2-inch version is particularly suitable for draining wastewater from underground car parks;
- Vortex hydraulics are suitable for pumping fluids containing fibrous or abrasive materials;
- ContraBlock hydraulics are suitable for wastewater with a high load of fibrous material or solids.
Main design features
- Thermal Control System (TCS) with temperature sensors in the stator that cut off the pump's power supply if it overheats and reconnect it automatically once it has cooled (optional on standard AS).
- The silicon carbide mechanical seal between the motor and the hydraulics is independent of the direction of rotation and resistant to thermal shock.
- The secondary seal is an oil-lubricated radial lip seal.
- The stainless steel motor shaft runs in ball bearings greased for life.
- Explosion-proof rating in accordance with international standards Ex d IIB T4 and FM
- Available for fixed or mobile installation.
