PCM Delasco DX high-pressure peristaltic pump
The PCM Delasco DX is a peristaltic (hose) pump for transfer and dosing at high flow rates and high pressures. Its only wearing part is the tube, and there is no dynamic seal, so maintenance is simple and downtime is short. The gentle pumping action handles the product carefully, which makes the pump suitable both for industrial and for food-grade applications.
The reinforced elastomer tube is compressed by rollers or shoes; when it returns to its original shape it creates a vacuum that draws in the fluid and pushes it into the discharge line. This gives the pump strong suction, self-priming and the ability to run dry, even with long suction lines, deep suction or low available NPSH.
