EMEC PRISMA stepper diaphragm dosing pump
PRISMA is a diaphragm dosing pump driven by a stepper motor, designed for the most precise dosing with very high reliability. The microprocessor controls the position and speed of the diaphragm over the whole discharge and suction cycle. MultiFunction software gives full control over dosing speed and working modes.
With a turndown ratio of up to 4800:1, each dose can be split into up to 4800 steps for an extremely even distribution of the chemical. The Slow Mode function reduces the suction speed from 100 % down to 1 %, which makes priming and dosing of very viscous liquids easier and more accurate. An encoder knob and a backlit display – which also signals running, stand-by, warning and alarm states – make configuration simple.
