EMEC WT dosing pump and controller for cooling towers
WT is a complete, advanced solution for controlling and dosing biocides and inhibitors in evaporative cooling towers. The biocide prevents the growth of bacteria and algae, while the corrosion and scale inhibitor protects metal surfaces and pipes. Dosing is proportional to the make-up water (continuous or one-shot), by timer or proportional to the bleed time.
The water bleed is controlled by the measured conductivity, which prevents the build-up of dissolved salts. The Lockout function makes chemical management more efficient, and a safety timer on the bleed solenoid valve keeps the system safe. Remote management is available through Nimbus and the MyEmec app.
