Lutz-Jesco B80 KGK G1 / G2 / G3 Vertical Submersible Centrifugal Pump
The Lutz-Jesco B80 KGK series are powerful, robust vertical centrifugal pumps with plain bearings, a drive lantern with roller bearings and an IEC standard motor. The liquid is pumped from the tank through the radial pump outlet and the vertical riser pipe; power is transmitted by a torsionally flexible, positive-locking coupling designed for continuous operation.
The series comes in three sizes: G1 with closed impeller (up to 30 m³/h, 27.5 m), G2 with open impeller (up to 80 m³/h, 41 m) and G3 in single- or two-stage versions for high delivery rates and pressures (up to 270 m³/h, 85 m). All are designed for industrial use in closed, unpressurised tanks, basins or pits.

- Suction strainer as standard
- No screws in contact with the medium; wetted components in corrosion-resistant plastic
- Lifetime grease-lubricated roller bearings; independent bearings for motor and pump
- External flushing protects the plain bearings with solids-containing media
- Vibration-free operation, long service life
