The diagnostic protection relay provides universal protection for 3 temperature signals, 1 leakage signal (resistance), 1 switching input, 1 4-20 mA signal and 1 phase signal with monitoring of phase sequence, phase failure, phase asymmetry, overvoltage and undervoltage. The INT185 current transformer is needed to use the full range of functions. It allows monitoring of current, overload, underload and cosφ. The converted active, reactive and apparent power is determined in the protection relay, as well as active and reactive energy. Switching frequency and operating hours can also be monitored. Two configurable relays provide safe shutdown and early warning.
Configuration and diagnostics are possible via the INTspector app and the USB gateway (INT600 DU Gateway) or Bluetooth gateway (INT600 DB Gateway). All inputs and outputs are configurable. Data can be sent to external systems via the built-in Modbus RTU interface (RS485) or, alternatively, via the diagnostic port (DP) and the Modbus gateway (INT600 DM Gateway).
